PBA adjudicates claims submitted either electronically, by tape or on paper. Electronic claims are processed in real-time mode.When a plan member receives a service the client submits these forms for claim editing. PBA edits each individual claim and reviews it for electronic or paper processing. All approved claims are transmitted in a real time mode on a daily basis.
